Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ClawdTalk, a product of Telnyx LLC ("Telnyx," "we," "us," or "our"), accessible at clawdtalk.com (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use ClawdTalk. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, API keys, and PIN. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ClawdTalk to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Make harassing, threatening, or fraudulent calls
• Transmit spam, robocalls, or unsolicited communications
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Use the Service for any illegal telemarketing or phishing activity
• Violate Telnyx's Acceptable Use Policy

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms.

4. The Service

ClawdTalk provides voice calling capabilities for AI assistants powered by Clawdbot. The Service includes:

• Inbound and outbound voice calls via a shared phone number
• Real-time speech-to-text transcription
• Text-to-speech responses
• WebSocket-based integration with Clawdbot
• A web portal for account management

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

5. Usage Quotas

Your account is subject to usage quotas (daily call limits, call duration limits, monthly limits) as displayed in your dashboard. We may adjust quotas at our discretion. Exceeding your quota will result in calls being declined until the quota resets.

6. API Keys

API keys are for your use only. Do not share API keys or embed them in client-side code. You may revoke and regenerate keys at any time from the dashboard. We are not responsible for unauthorized use of compromised API keys.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using ClawdTalk, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.

8. Intellectual Property

ClawdTalk and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Telnyx LLC. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TELNYX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
